I used to buy Avon all the time, if I knew a friend or a shop I could go to, to buy it I would still buy some but I just hate having someone coming to my house because when they come I then feel obligated to buy something, I think they should have shops around where people can go and browse.

Hi lgzs, I have been with Avon since childhood. My mom who is a nurse started selling Avon since her college days. Now, our family business is purely on Avon. My mom is executive leader. As for me, this is my 10th month as unit manager. At first, it is not paying me well because I don't have downline base. When I get to share more about Avon business and bring them in to sell, I started earning more. I also sell. When I was just starting, I actually have made a goal to at least sell to 20 customers in a day. Let say each one of them at least purchases $5 a day. To maintain customer base at least 2 new recruits a day. In a month, I will have sold $2600. Then I also encourage my top sellers to do the same. I have 200 franchise dealers in my team now, 5 are unit managers like me. My goal is to become advance unit leader before the year ends. Happy selling! Spread the love!
