why is your favourite Dessert?

My favourite dessert is a sweet made out of ground almond paste cooked with appropriate ghee, sugar and saffron. I love this because it has a unique taste that I cultivated in my childhood. My father had this seerved in his canteen[at court-he was agreat lawyer with a roaring practice].He used to buy some halwa[this is what it is called] and bring us home. Ever since , we had this made at home and the taste is simply marvellous. This is my all time favourite . I also make this very well though it has to be done with care and the proper measurement of ghee. Too much of ghee or sugar will also spoil the taste and make it taste like any ordinary sweet.
