Is there any god or super power in this world?

Hello. I am a Hindu so I was brought up in religion and the belief of a God. I believe there is a God because of all the beauties and wonders around us. Scientists claimed that the earth came to existence because of the "big bang" (well that only means one thing to me :) ), but I saw a documentary a while ago where a few of these same scientists believed in a God. But look at this way....if we believe in God then hopefully we would try to live a good and righteous life, helping our brothers and sisters, right? So when the end of our life comes and we realise that there is no God, what did we lose?? Nothing. We would have been a better person.
