I don't smoke. Actually I hate smoking. My father smokes, and everytime he smokes, I just let him to smoke out of the room. In collage, my roomates know that I hate smoking, so they usually don't smoke in the room. I would like to say thanks to them.

I had expressed my apreciation to my roomates some times when we had meal together. And I think it is really important to let them know my feeling of their respect and understanding.

Smoking is really bad for health of the smoker and the people around the smoker (second hand or passive smoking). I could not think of any positive contribution this smoking to our life. It does cost billions of dollars for the government health care and it is destroying productive hours that are spent somewhere for more productive way.
Smoking really kills. We must stop smoking.

I do smoke, but not very regularly... I only do it while socializing with people at some party or some or the other do... Otherwise I better stay away from it...
I have never faced a situation in my life where I thought that I should quit coz I picked up smoking only coz before I felt leftout among people.. And I have my mind straight to only smoke when between people...
Nothing's wtomg with that, wht u think???

Smoking contributed nothing postitive to our life. Smoking kills and reduces productive time into nothing at all. At the end, we spend money to cure us of the diseases this smoking leads us to. And smoking also cost money.
Where is the positive there? All negative at all. Smoking is nothing but a big deception. Let us all stop smoking.

I used to smoke maybe just around 6 sticks a day but I finally quit a year ago because of health reasons. Last week I accidentally able to get some smoke and up until today I smoke around 4 sticks a day. I am planning to forget this habit by the end of the month.
Smoking is doing us no real good except to kill us and the environment. It cost a lot of money and productive time.
Let us all try to stop smoking for good.

Hi there.. Yes. I smoke. I started smoking right before I entered high school. Too young maybe. But I am glad that I started smoking when I was still young because now that I have grown older, I get to understand things more.. I am also more mature with my actions now. As soon as I noticed some changes like I can't breathe underwater like before. I can't run as fast as my other friends. Stuff like that. That is why one day, I just had enough. I decided to quit smoking. It was definitely not easy at all. You really have to force yourself to call it quits. And I'm glad I did.

hi mistissa. I would say yes in reply of your question "Do you smoke". Becouse I feel need of smoking. I could not stop it. I know that is a bad thing and it is a bad habit to smoke, but I could not leave it. I tried my best to quit. some time I got success in my attempt, but I dont know , why I restart it and could not stop up till the last cigerrate of a packet of twenty goes to ash tray. Ah it is tough for me to stop the smoking.

No, I do not smoke, I do not hate people smoking, I sometimes feel that smoking was very charming man, but I can not tolerate people smoking in front of me, I can not accept the kind of flavor.

no i do not smoke. it has been a habit for some of my friends and also some members of the family but i did not resort to learn the habit. i cannot imagine burning my hard earned money just to catch cancer or some diseases of some sort, that's aside from having bad breath and hypertension.

I used to smoke - I started at 12 years old, ironically because I was trying to get my mother and best friend to stop, and wanted to know the motivation behind it.
In the end, I was smoking 3 packets of 16mg a day! =[
I quit though, after a few unsuccessful attempts, my own desire to quit and the help of my boyfriend got me through =]

I never smoke and I hate it. Whenever I smell smoke, I always cough because I am very sensitive to smoke. I am glad that my father never smokes and my mother gave up smoking after she got to know that it is bad for her breath bit by bit until completely.

heya all yes I am guilty of being an outcasted smoker in britain today. My craving starts like an alarmclock as soon as my eyes open 1 ciggy to get me out of bed then another soon after with a nice cup of tea. Now that feels better i'm awake. I started smoking back when i was in high school standing round the back of the school as what we called the smokers corner. I can't remember why i took that first cigerette but i can still remember how light headed i was an i only smoked about half of it. If only I knew back then how being able to survive on only 1 cigerette a day would soon change in to a 30 a day habbit that causes more mood swings than pmt, not to mention spend more money in a week than the average food shopping bill. Oh i know why not try and quit well i have on numerous occations and every time failed so if anyone find a magical secret to quit then please let me know xxxx
