Any one ever had one of these laptops? or know someone that has? what is the qaulity of it? what would you rate it? would you recommend it to other people?

My mom & stepdad have one. They absolutely love it and recommended that we get one. Judging by how few phone calls I've had for help since they got it I'd say it's a darn good laptop.

We used to have one. The resolution of the screen and the pictures are really good. But the laptop crashed twice on us. I'm not sure if it was because of the downloads. I know we were all careful but the computer still crashed twice
