I would say that I would do this, but, at the same time, I know that I would have a difficult time of it. I call my fiance at least once a day, or he calls me, when I'm at work. He won't wake up to traditional alarm clocks, but he has the ringtone on his cell phone set so that when I call him, he will get up and answer it. So we're sort of dependent on the use of a phone regularly.

Don't have a response for the alarm - except maybe one of those alarm clocks you can put your own wake up message on...you can leave him a sweet fun message. What if, everytime you think of him, you write him a love note. Or start a journal that's meant for him.

Huh... I'll gladly earn some cash. Here the phones are expensive (about $0.25 per minute). This is why I don't use my mobile phone much. I can spend $10 on my phone bill for 6-7 months.
So... If there is such opportunity and it's not US only. Call me :P

Thanks for participating. What would you give up for money - internet, tv, touching your mate for week?

I find that why having so many phones, I-phones, cell phone , landline phone. Look the one the most and always reliable is the landline, phone, you still on top of that have an answering machine still that takes your calls while your gone ....Cell,phone are just an expensive gadget..
