I love working the night shift! It is much quieter at work during the night and I can play on myLot!! I have very dark curtains in my bedroom so I can sleep during the day, and I put a fan on to mask the noises from outside. I used to work day shift and hated it. I always had problems getting up early in the morning and going to sleep early at night and was always tired. I do much better at night.

I used to work day shift/ night shift which is even worse than working full time night shift, one weel day shift then one week night shift, it really plays around with your automatic body clock and could very well be part of the problem I have today of not being able to sleep. I read somewhere thatat night because the air thins and changes dramatically your body slows down too, nature has done this for our bodies to recharge, so it is really not good working when your body is meant to be winding down to recharge...I worked for many years doing shift work and I think I am paying for it now..I hope you find a solution, I know how you feel.

What problems are you referring to? Personally, I prefer working night shifts. I am much more productive at night than I am during the day. Getting my self up first thing in the morning can be difficult. Also, many businesses are only open during the day. If I was working days I would haver to take time off to get many things done.
