If you have love in our heart,you will have happiness in your life.Love consists of two parts.one is to love others.and the other is to be loved by others.Lei Feng set a good example for all of us.He served the people wholeheartedly until the lastminute of his life.He regarded serving the people as the happiest thing.There are numbers of similar inspirational stories to be found.In addition,being loved by others can also lead you to happiness.Courage from your parents when frustrated,care from your lover when ill,help from your friends when in trouble^
All of these will make you the happiest person in the world.The last but not least is to act happily.Putting on a happy face and thinking interesting things are helpful to trigger happy feelings.

I have read about love before --but regretfully it isn't a universal one.Love is giving not given,is taken not taking..The past sweethheart is a negetive one,--I really can't quite understand why a man should changed so entirely...
of course,I have love in my heart!I insist that a kindhearted one will be kissed by God often.
what the human race pursues is mutul-Love,mutul-help and mutul-respect.
I am agree with you 'free_forward'.After I got that you are a local boy in shanghai,I felt sorry .Always I feared a shanghai person,but it a bit changed now. Admire you.Envy you.

hello free-forward!
i have heard many stories about Leifeng and Laining who are held to the example for people,when i was a child teachers always told us that Leifeng is an examplary person,we should acted like him.
but nowadys the name Leifeng was less concerned,i'm also worry about that,as the development of our society,the hard years was forgotten by people nowadys.
