my high school batch section are planning to have a reunion this year, though its been quite long, since i havent seen them, but im still thinking whether i will attend or not, im not fond on going to reunions and gatherings. if i want to meet them, i would just send a message and ask them out.
are you fond of going on get togethers like reunions?

My 10 year reunion is in October as well, but I do not plan to attend. I talk to now who I would want to talk to from high school. I have no desire to return to something that caused me so much misery. I had some good friends from high school, but that is about it. My high school was so high crime and miserable, I would not want to have to deal with that again.

yes, I will come to my high school reunion. 3 months ago was my high school reunion. I just love to meet my old friends some already married and some was not and also some of friends took their chilren while attending the reunion. what you said is right also. if we want to meet them just call and get together but usually it works for 1-3 friends its hard to arrange group of friends meet together again without something special occassion.

I haven't been to any of my reunions. Our 5 year reunion was held at an outdoor park and the organizers wanted $20 per person to attend but we had to bring our own food and drinks so I got an attitude that the $20 wasn't buying me anything so I didnt go. It rained all day anyway and there weren't even any bathrooms there so I'm glad I didn't go.
When it was time for the 10 year reunion the organizers only invited the people who came to the yucky 5 year reunion so I didn't even know about it until a friend told me about it a week after the event.
We didn't have a 15 year. Next year we're supposed to have a 20 year reunion but at this point I don't care about them anymore. If I knew about the 10 year reunion I would have gone to that but no one bothered to tell me about it until after it was over. It kind of upsets me but there's not much I can do about it.

I love class reunions..I think I enjoy them more than our big clan runion. It's so much fun talking about the old days, what you look like, the old flames and crushes..
I wish my highschool class will have one soon,I miss those crazy guys and I love to see how they are doing today.
The last class reunion I had was way back 1992 for my elementary classmates..that was long ago.I remember I was one of the organizer of that reunion.

I have not been to a school reunion at all. If I had the chance I would but I missed out first one because I was overseas and was not able to afford to go to it.

My ten year reunion is coming up in October, but I won't be going. I live too far away and cannot afford the plane ticket to get there at this time. While I would like to see everything. I am not devastated that I can't go. I didn't really leave any friends behind when I graduated high school. I was the ghost no one knows is there.

Last Sunday,I attended to a mini reunion of my middle school classmates, just 15 students appeared.Because other students couldn't attend to the special reunion. The mini reunion on last Sunday was the first reunion for us.After we graduated from middle school,we haven't met for each other for 5 years. So everyone was happy and excited on the reunion.
If I can,I won't miss any reunion.

Hi larskie23! I have attended almost all of our batch reunions because we do it every year. I did enjoy seeing all of them and somehow it is fun reminiscing those times when we were still young. However, if you are more comfortable in just asking your close friends out for a small get-together that is fine too...however, give it a chance, you'll never know you might have more fun seeing all those faces now. Have a nice day and take care!

Hi larskie! Oh! Speaking of which, my high school bestefriend just chatted with me and told me that we'll have a mini reunion this coming Saturday night. Yup! I do attend our high school reunion, because I am part of the organizing committee. LOL... Nah, actually, it's my barkada who decide to have a reunion then we make another decision to make it a high school reunion so that everybody can see and speak to everybody. :) It's a great way of catching up with a lot of things. :)
God bless!

My class was supposed to have a 5 year reunion and it never happened. I probably wouldn't have gone anyway. I don't really look forward to reunions, school or family. My friend always begs me to go with her when we have our 10 year reunion, but I really could care less about seeing many of the people I graduated with. I agree with you completely, if I wanted to see them, I would call.

I enjoy high school reunions, I think its fun to see old friends and some who were not the best of friends, lol. We just had a reunion and it was great, laughing and remembering funny moments....I will go again! Of course I got to see my high school crush, lol!
