Who do you tell your secrets to?

I have always told my daughter, there is no one in this world that you can trust, like you can trust your mother. And with me it is the same. I can tell my mother my deepest secrets, without the fear that she will share it with anyone or that she will judge me. I have a few friends that I can share certain things with but they are very selected, it depends what I wanted to share. lol! I suppose a therapist is also a safe person to share in your secrets because of the professional privacy law.

You are indeed lucky to have people whom you can trust your secrets. All my life I have been surrounded by hypocrisy, pretensions,and betrayals. They may not be as bad as they sound but as far as my secrets are concerned, I decided not to put my trust on anyone here on earth. I am never close to my mom or any of my sisters so I just keep my secrets between myself and God who knows everything we do or even think. Not even my best friend know all my secrets because I just can't trust anyone. Not that I have skeletons in my closet but I believe I am entitled to my privacy and topmost secrets.

Well, I could say God, but He doesn't need me to tell Him anything. He knows it all already. : ) But I think I have three option as well: 1. My mom - almost anything I can tell her, but when it comes to guys, I just don't think she would WANT to know. 2. My friend Amber that is also on MyLot - she doesn't know it, but I told her my worst secret. I'm not going to remind her though! 3. My sister - I know I can tell her anything, but I won't. She gets upset a little and I don't like to carry on when she gets into a temper.

Hi Yestheypayme2dothis! I share my secrets to my friends and family. Sometimes, there are things I cannot tell to my family, so I share it to my friends because they can understand better than my family. However, there are also personal issues that I share to my family because they can accept them and understand what I'm going through rather than my friends. So, sharing secrets and other personal talks also depend on to whom you are comfortable sharing them with.:) It's always good to have somebody who is available to listen to you and accept you for who you are. :) take care always and God bless! :)

My mother. And I told her my friend's secrets too, besides she doesn't know my friends very well and neither has she seen them long enough to remember them well. So, it's as goods as telling it to myself.

I tell my secret to my friends and here online! I can't tell my husband because I get kicked-out if he found out my secret.Its always safe to talk your secret in online friends because they don't know you really.

I don't tell my secrets to anyone except one of my friend. I tell my secrets to a friend whom i really trust. He is one of my friend and we two are very good friends. We share each others secrets and also help each other if we need some help. Telling the difficulties with the one whom you tell your secret help to get eased and i recommend everyone to share their joy and sad.

if it is a real secret,i would keep my mouth shut! maybe i will tell my dog about it. but no human . i trusted someone with a secret,he told it to everyone so now i dont trust people anymore.. sad,but true

I share my secret with my one or two very close friends. It is always better to tell secrets to your close friends, in comparison to any relative etc., this is what I feel.

I'm more of a secret keeper. My friends tell me stuff all the time, and I don't even tell my husband. I've been told quite a few shocking things that I'll never tell, and some of them are about people I've known for years. Now,whenever I see these people, I have to try not to think about some of the things I've found out.

I think mylot is THE best place to tell a secret and I've done it more than once. It's great because nobody really knows you here and they have no personal interest in you or your life so you don't have to worry!

To someone who could be "Trusted".Anyone whom i can tust no specific person. I am a type of person who can't hold anger nor pain in my heart. So i am trying to talk to someone whom i felt i can trust him/her. Now i know there could be the possibilities that he/she could turn upside town. ..but it's depend on him/her. I don't care if they do, what is important for me it's a great help for me.........just like giving it out to empty the area of hatred and anger. to clean the tube rather than to suffocate myself. What is out from my mouth..........it's all cleared for me no need to think or stored so far. What will happened if you stored your anger for someone you love?

I like this question and the answers. There are only a few people i tell my secrets to also. 1-my bff christina. She is always there for me when i need her. 2-Christina's husband- we can have a conversation about something and he will totally keep it to himself. and three-my auntie-she never tells anyone what i tell her. But all of these people know different secrets. They all dont know the same secrets.
