Do you make full use of your medical leave?

Are you the type that will make full use of your medical leave (MC) once your annual leave is almost or completely used up? Do you just take MC if you don't feel like going to work on a particular day or you just take urgent leave?

I don't really make full use of my medical leave if I don't need to. I only use it when I am really sick and needs to have some rest. If the medical leaves that our company provides are not used up during the year, we will be given a good health bonus in cash which equivalent to our unused medical leave. Isn't it nice? So seldom one can see absences in the place that where i work.

It's a good benefit that your company has provided. Unfortunately, not every company do that so some employees just use their medical leave once they've finished using their annual leave.
