Which language do you prefer between asp and php when you decide to create high traffic website?

frankly,i speak Chinese,also i like it,but i think the france is more comfortball~
talking with website, i prefer English to Chinese.

I am not asking about which language to write stuff,
I am asking about programming languages such as asp, php, perl, cgi etc...

I prefer English in internet. It is more popular than other languages. If I have to find a language when I was born , i will choose Chinese. The most magical language in the world is Chinese.
