Rules regarding family joining

Are there rules as to whether family can join if they live in the same house? Or are using same computer? My daughter (17) wants to join but she uses my PC. And my husband wants to give it a try, he has his own PC. I just wasn't sure whether they go by IP address and would think I have 3 accounts.

same with me here, me and my bro work on same pc, but its 8 months and we are not banned, don't worry

Thank you psnogi for lettng me know you and your brother are not having any trouble. :) Hopefully we won't either.
