I have come across a really nice site that is completely FREE and the setup is easily customized. This is easy to sign up and the setup is pretty easy. You just upload 3 files to your domain ROOT and then add one file to whatever pages on the website that you want to show links on. You also just need to change permissions on this one file but that is pretty simple.
