Is snapdollars a scam?

I have been a member of snapdollars for a long time now but I have not reached my payout since I only read their emails. They send an email almost every day and it's worth 5 cents. This company is very similar to inboxdollars but I think it's based in Canada.
I read on a site that it's a scam so I would like to know if you have had experience with this company and if you have been paid or do you think it's a scam?

My sister requested payment from SnapDollars.. It took a few weeks but she did get her 30 dollars. She cashed out at the beginning of the month and she got her cheque the next month. I wouldn't rely on the site though, because I know people that haven't been paid on it.

Be sure to put it in you search engine, I just did and they said it was a scam.

SnapDollars is NOT a scam.
I created my account 6 months ago and I earned more than US $300 since. SnapDollars has very good offers. For example, if you deposit $20 on a bingo, you will earn between $50 and $75. As soon as you have $40 in your account you can ask for a withdrawal by check, Paypal or chips on a bingo site. Also, they pay you just to read e-mails and refer people. It really works !!!
Finaly, if you have any problem or question, their support team is fantastic and answer very quickle. I never had any problem. If your offer is not credited after one week, just write a support ticket and you will be credited rapidly.
I don't know why some complain, SnapDollars really works.

Yep I got a lot of support when I wanted to get my money for offers but when it came time to cash out they are not paying me
They do not answer any of my emails ate all
Would love to know how else I can contact them I am in Aust. They owe me $153.oo

It sounds very sad. I think snapdollars is a scam website, because I just checked it from the internet, it was complainted many times. It's pity that you waste more time on it.
