Do You Feel Our Cats Rule Us?

We have 2 cats in our home. For the most part they are very different. My Char feels like she can do whatever she feels like it. She is very defient. Coda on the other hand is a very mild type of cat. She is Laid back. Both were Adopted from our local shelter. Coda was a stray, and Char came from a home that could not afford a cat. Over the past year they have become frinds. Now I have a problem om my hands..
Coda is starting to take after char & follow in her footsteps. Also Coda is very loving, Char just thinks she is the Boss.. She does what ever she pleases in the house. Wow she even lays about things like our entertainment center "That I have Special things displayed on". She has no concern for these things. I try to correct her, but she think's she is the boss!! Can anbody help me train this wanna be "I'm " this 'Diva kitty??

My cat rules me I think, he is a stray cat that came to me and I must be honest I spoil him, I think cats deserve to be spoilt, but I think I have been spoiling him a little toomuch he id starting to get fat, but I can honestly say he does rule over me...

We love our pets, even sometimes we don't like to set up some rules for their behavior. Try to be a little more strict with your lovely pets and remember you are the owner of the house.

yup I like cats too. But we don't have any now. When we lived in the frmhouse we had a barn close by and the cats ruled the barn. They kept the mice and rats from running away with the place. I remember once we had 28 cats in the barn. That was too many when they began having kittens in the spring. WE gave a lot away that year. But there were No mice or rats around, thats for sure. WE used to have a Big old black tom who sat under the highchair at mealtime. And you can imagine what happened under that chair! Our third boy was in the habit of putting his dish on his head. No wonder the cat was Fat!

I think my cats rule my house at times. I have one that is laid back but she is very stubborn. Then, the other one is very hyper and aggressive. Sometimes, I tell them to do something or not do something and they pay no attention to me. They come to me when they want to. Go to my blogspot and take a look at their pictures.
