Hello friends,
I came across this article just now. Why am I interested in it? Yes, you are right. I am a left handed person myself *smiles* I don't find it different from others. For me, it is nothing special or unusual about being a left hander. I hate when people get to know the fact and ask me how I eat my food? (Here, for my people ..we eat using our right hand) Definitely the answer is : I eat my food like other people too..with my right hand! When I was a kid, my friends always teased me and asked me this question and my answer was very simple : If you have good working brain, you know the answer very well! In fact, I was angry whenever people asked me that question last time.
Just now I came to know that we, left handers celebrate our day on Aug 11 (Oh, what a pathetic! I am 35 by the way and just get to know about this!) Even though it is over by now, I just want to take this opportunity to greet all of you, left handers throughout the world a very happy day for all of us. We must be proud that we share this with those world famous southpaws like Angelina Jolie, Bill Clinton (oh...no..not him!) and also Albert Einstein...
So for those right handers, what do you think of us? Do you think we are special or unusual or as normal as you? Share your thoughts with me. Have a great day, friends!

I think there is nothing special if you are a left handed person. Yes, in the majority of the cases the people are right handed but then also left handed person are not special. THey are as normal as we are. A person becomes special by hi/her deeds not because of physical features.

Hello helloravinder,
Yes, I understand what you mean and thanks for your response. I don't like being teased just because I am a left hander. Well, that was a long time ago and no one 'dare' to tease me now. In fact, I have a very good answer for that if people keep asking me the same question now. I am not worried too much about this. By the way, thanks again for taking time to respond *smiles*

Hello gr8life! I am right handed but my son is left handed, and he gets this from his dad's side of the family. I don't like the word "normal" so I will use the word unique. We are all the same, we just have a different way of going about doing things. I will tell my son that there is a special day for south paws..thank you.
