what do you want to do when it's raining hard??

it's been raining hard these past few weeks on our place. classes are suspended because of flood but work is still regular so nomatter how much i want not to go out i still need to work.
you know when it rains this much all i want to do is to stay on my bed all day. :) and put my whole body under the sheet.

we are the same, expiriencing raining days. and it's really flooding in the busy streets right now. i just want to relax all day. sleep in my bed. cook some hot soups. just watch movies. cause it's raining. i just don't feel to go out and do some things outside.

Hello DJ, long time no hear from you,
Anyway, when it's raining hard and no lightning I love to splatter on the water and the puddles. I love to run around a grassy field and feel the touch of rain on my skin and face. And then when I get too cold I'd take a warm shower, eat a nice hot chicken soup--Thai style, and watch DVDs.
However, if there are nasty thunders and lightnings I will close all doors and windows and stay inside the house instead with hot chicken soup while watching DVDs.

I like to stay at home and hate to go out. Sometime its necessary to go out just like today but i just hate it. I rather want to stay at home reading some adventure story or something or best if can get together with whole family and make some good food and sharing it

yes your right when its raining hard every one of us want to stay at home and relax but unfortunately we must work or we'll be fired! hehehe, i like to stay and eat hot soup or tinapa or tuyo with salted eggs!

The other day it felt like autumn and not the height of our summer. The rain was coming down fast, but I did enjoy just staying in. My partner was home and my son, so we had a film day..watched Cheech and Chong in Up In Smoke. It was so funny.
However, it has rolled into another day of cloudy skies and now I want the sun back again.
Sounds like you have got it bad!!

That is my answer too. Rain = sleep (or least bed). I love to stay in bed and listen to the rain and, even better, thunder. I have a sound machine that makes it sound like we are having a rain storm and I use it when I am wired and can't fall asleep. Suddenly, the rain and wind make me drift right off.
