Please suggest me a good blogsite

I am wondering whether is there any blogsite which has more professional look just like a website with option of creating pages. And the most important is we can use advertising programs like google adsense here. Can anyone tell me a site where i can get a blog with option of creating pages, inserting google adsense, loading faster, and also able to create html pages. I had found some websites but i want to know is there any site which is really good. The site i am trying are www.blogger.com(but blogger does not support creating pages) www.blogsome.com(it supports pages and also google adsense)
