I've suffered from acne for a very long time now, many have told me that its what you eat, and others have told me that it could be an internal thing. I went to a dermatologist this past summer.. and it was actually pretty cheap and he gave me to prescriptions and they've both worked my acne has cleared up i still get a few blemishes but not the way i used to. I've recently bought Acne Free and that has been working really great too and you could buy that from like Wal Mart for a few bucks

I would say if you're eating a lot of sugary foods or sodas....that will cause it quickly. Stress does bring on pimples around the hairline too.
Apply SunnyDew to them and they'll be gone within a day or two max. If you're interested in SunnyDew, email me and I'll give you more info.

Try Clearasil icewash Acne Gel Cleanser. It's works really good. But be careful not to use it too much. It's really strong. You'll know just how strong after 1 use.

hey, r u in stress?? I'm currently having pimples outbreak too!! thats because im in a stressful condition. having my final exams. so i think if your pimples are due to stress, than i guess u have to patiently wait till you stress factor is over. But it can also be caused by the air pollution and oily food ( esp nuts for me ) . Do you know any pimple gel that is very effective??

pimples, or commonly acne, can come at any age due to any reason. it can be because of heat, oily food, oily skin, stomach problems, etc. theres no particular reason for it. and there's nothing to get tensed becuase of them. pimples are just an outbreak of your skin. they come, and with proper care of the skin and proper medication they go also. but if you think you can eradicate them completely its not possible my friend. but ya, with the proper care of skin and use of proper medicines they can be cured and kept under control.

I think it depends on your particular skin. It seems some people have the problem all the time, while others never have big break outs at all. So, alot of it must be heredity. I do have to avoid chocolate for that reason. It's the only time I ever used to break out while I was a teenager. I also think I spent alot of time in the sun and that seemed to help. Ofcourse now people say that can cause face cancer but I didn't know or care about any of that when I was younger.

Stress, lack of sleep, water.. general 'heatiness'.
Have a good facial scrub/wash. I use gardnier one. Blue color. Not bad. helped mine a lot. Body shop's tea tree oil products also help.
Try to have enuff sleep though!

Stress can be a factor. If I had any idea how to ease stress, well, I'd be a much happier person. LOL
I have found that caffeine creates acne problems for me, particularly caffeine from soda. It doesn't take much either. Limiting my soda intake and only drinking non-caffeinated varieties helps a great deal.
