the impulse for love comes before the one you love?

sometimes i thougt i fall in love with the sense of love,not the one made me fall in love.so, does love come first or the one i love come first? It confused me.

I think it does not matter which one come first,while the key point lies on whether both of them come together in the a period.If the impulse come first-you are ready to love and want to be loved-and then the right one turns up a little later,it will be perfect.But if either of them comes for a long time and the other one does not come,it will be a problem.:-)
