back pain

What do you people do if you get back pain by sitting and working on computer for long hours?
do you go to physician or a gym to strengthen yourself.

I sit at a computer all day, but thankfully my job gives me access to a lot of back pain relief aids and cushions. I keep this thing called the Body Back Buddy at my desk. It enables me to give myself a deep penetrating massage anywhere on my back with little or no effort. I also use Biofreeze when the pain gets really bad. I usually go to the gym 4-5 nights a week though because sitting still for so long drives me crazy. Helps me to keep from gaining a bunch of weight by sitting here all day too :)

well, it is because of long sitting. So, you should get some rest. by sitting long hour working on computer is the hard job to do so, even your fingers.... they are need to rest too. So, take at leaset 10 or 15 minuts rest every hour then it would be bad as you have now. I hope you feel better soon
