I was just looking at discussions and saw an Ebay listing ad at the top of the page. It was for 3 boxes of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese for $4.99 and $5.99 s/h!! That is $10.98 for 3 boxes of macaroni and cheese!! I thought surely no one would buy this...but I looked under feedback and sure enough there is someone who bid and won another auction for the exact same thing!!Unbelievable!! Would you have bought this?AT PEACE WITHIN

It just goes to show what I always say... you can sell ANYTHING on ebay! It's really crazy. But maybe they are selling it to other countries where people can't get it? Don't know why kraft MacnCheese would be a great export item, but who knows!

Yes, one was from United Kingdom and the other was from Norway. But still...you'd have to really like mac and cheese to pay that much for 3 little boxes. AT PEACE WITHIN

Ok, several ppl said maybe they couldn't get it where they lived so I went back and looked to see where the buyers were from and one was from United Kingdom and the other was for Norway...so maybe they don't have it there...but I'd have to REALLY love it to pay that much for it. I guess it just really depends on how desperate you are for something. AT PEACE WITHIN

That is crazy. I would never buy any kind of food on ebay. I don't know how safe it is. It's kind of scary. You never know what the person did to it. Plus, I can buy 5 boxes of Mac & Cheese for $4.00 here. So, I wouldn't waste my time. I can't believe someone baught it. LOL!

I cannot fathom paying that, unless I lived in a country where they didn't make macaroni and cheese. Or maybe it is a relative of the buyer who feels sorry that their family member actually listed grocery items on ebay!

ah, I thought that must be the case. maybe they were formally of the U.S.A and miss it that much? maybe for a special holiday meal? a box of mac does not go very far though.... homemade is so much tastier and by the sounds of this auction so much cheaper too!

And here I was thinking that food stuff wasn't allowed on Ebay, but I guess I was wrong there. I don't buy food stuff online, just never trusted that sort of stuff, considering I don't know the person I would be getting it from, and mostly to worried that it has been tampered with in some manner that is unnoticeable to the buyer until too late. Besides I can go just down the street and get Kraft Macaroni and Cheese for $0.99 a box or I could spend $5.00 and get a case of 30 boxes.

You would not believe some of the things that people sell on ebay it is ridiculous some times. There for a while a few years ago the biggest thing to sell was imaginary friends people actually sold nothing!!! I wouldn't spend that much for mac and cheese no matter what the circumstances. I am a seller on ebay and a buyer and it is crazy some of the things on there.

That is rediculous. I could go down to the supermarket and pick up a five pack of mac and cheese for $3. The only explination for that (besides stupidity) is that the person who bought the mac and cheese lives somewhere where the stores don't sell that kind of stuff.

Are you sure it is not a sculpture of three boxes of Macaroni and Cheese or did it belong to some famous person? I wonder who was the guillable su= I mean person who bought it. He must come from somewhere that the food is so expensive that beggars are giving him supper. And look at the s/h. It is more than the actual packages.

That is hilarious! I agree, somebody must be hard up for some Mac N Cheese! Maybe I should go get some from the store and post it, that's a heck of a profit we're talking here! While I am an active buyer and seller on ebay I don't think I will buy food on there, just too questionable if you ask me.
