Feedback - Why Don't More Business Establishments Use It?

When I'd like to purchase something on an on-line auction site, I definitely look at the seller's feedback. I put a lot of thought into whether or not I'l buy based on the feedback. I remember going to Wendy's as a child. I always liked filling out the comment cards. I don't know what good it did, but I always enjoyed it. I'm just thinking; most businesses now have websites. Most people have access to the net. I think that all businesses: hotels, restaurants, stores, the list goes on; should have a feedback system. I know it'd help me in choosing where I give my business to. What do you think?
