Your neighbors started playing music so loud at two in the afternoon that it made your legs vibrate as youw alked around the apartment? Generally I would care, but the other day this happened (yet again) and my niece was napping when it started. As you can imagine - the nap didn't last long and yet for some reason the screaming baby act did..hmmmm wonder why? Could it have been the bass shaking the paint right off of the walls? I think it was. Point being...what are you supposed to do? We did try asking them before when this happened to turn it down and they pulled the "No English" routine, it is too early in the day to expect any police interference, should we call the office next time? I dunno, maybe try some get even tactics? I hate to get ugly about it, but I don't want to start a "tell the apt. manager war" I just want a little consideration for the kid here. We try to be thoughtful, walk quietly, etc in respect for their presence down below. what to do....

ask them again nicely to lower the volume of their sounds. if you feel that they're just being stubborn and inconsiderate and doesnt take notice of your plea, then its the time to make calls to the apartment manager. ^__^

We unfortunately have tried all of that - they pretended not to be able to speak english when we went to the politely and then they turned it up louder when we went back upstairs and the management here hasn't done anything - still the booming of bass can be heard and it goes on at all hours of the night even! I think we may have to transfer to another building - we have been scoping them out recently, going for multiple long walks and listening and such. Just can't take it anymore! Thanx though.
