life on earth is a temporary assignment!

What is life for? they are people today in life is for fund only! but the great meaning of life is a temporary assignment. our citizenship is heaven not is this world, according in the bible say "we are aliens, and foreigner in this world because our citizenship is in heaven.

this is a comforting thought because my life here on earth is a little materially disappointing. at least now i can look forward to something as long as i do good on earth

you are so right, i heard tht life is just a way of God testing us and our strengths before we get to Heaven, that's where Heaven and Hell comes in. What you do here on Earth determines where you will spend eternity.
