Can people in other countries sign up?

Mylot is open to a lot of countries. If you have a paypal you can sign up. Some countries are forbidden though. It should be better to take a look at the guidelines and FAQ to make sure if the country is accepted. Although Mylot can pay through Paypal to people from other countries, the user must be aware that he might not be able to cash the money. For instance, I live in a country outside the States and I have Paypal. I can receive the money in my Paypal account but I am not able to cash it out. I let the money over there and just pay for things that I buy on the internet using Paypal. I know there are some companies in many countries that will buy your credit in Paypal. They will give you the money you have in your Paypal account and you will give them a commission.
