Have you always got the response u expected?

All right, we all post discussions on MyLot, hoping that it will gather lots of responses. Sometimes we are disappointed, sometimes we a pleasantly surprised. But, there's a third situation, where u get completely unexpected responses. I mean, u r expecting people to respond to a discussion in a particular way, but they do so in a completely different way. Even I have committed this goof many times during my early days. How do you feel about this......feel free to relate any anecdote or incident that left u completely bewildered, or with a stich in ur side (due to laughing)
