I prefer to live on campus

Although some students prefer to live off campus,the majority of students still like to live on campus.First,it is more economica;a student usually pays 150 RMB a month to share a room with others in school,but it costs them about 800RMB,say in Shanghai,to live off campus.In order to be able to pay the rent,some students have to spend their valuable time doing part-time jobs.I do not think it worthwhile.Second,living ion campusstudents have more opportunities to expose themselves to different ideas;lectures,seminars,academic activities are held every day,which helps to broaden their horizon.Finally,students living on campus can enjoy easy access to school resources:books,professors,etc.

although i am living on campus now,i would like to rent an apartment off campus in the near future.it can not be denied that living on campus is safer and more economical,but i think i can arrange my life more easily acooding to my personal preference if i can live off campus,the electricity needn't be turned off at 11pm and i also needn't stand the criticism from the superintendent.and as for communication,one can share his or her apartment with friends and they can also expose themselves to different opions.i am very happy to discuss this problem with you and expecting further exchange of thoughts.
