My friend is suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis.

Sanju. I am 42 today, only diagnosed about 15 years ago, but have suffered with this since I was about 11 without knowing what it was. It a very hard diagnose. I have done just about everything. There is no cure. So I basically have gone natural. I avoid medications since they are only palleatives and will bring future problems before you. Most of all my pain is controlled with Ibuprofen over the counter. I am a Christian, so the Lord is my Strenght and believe me we need it. Nobody knows what we go through. I am pretty pain tolerant but sometimes it gets out of hand. Trust and Faith in the Lord God Almighty is my best source of relief. Let me know if I can be of any more help or assistance. I also avoid a whole gammet of foods that seem to flair it up even more..... Sincerely - Todd
