Higher studies or Job ? which one do you think i should do ?

I am about to finish my Under Graduate course and i am not sure whether i should work in a job or i should do higher studies.....
i already got a job in a firm and i am thining of going to it....but some sya that having a Post Graduate drgree will be of much worth...

hey its not just worthy to get a post graduate but essential today to b having masters.But u can still go for jobs like a call center or other one which may lend u time for studies too.

I think it really depends on the major. Of course the post grad degree looks good on paper, but in some industries it is more essential to have live work experience than a degree. I have found that out too well with my college degree. Even if I were to get a post graduate degree, I feel that I would still have the same opportunities I have with my undergraduate. I would have to go one step higher than that. i would encourage you that if you are going to get the post graduate degree regardless, to go ahead and finish because once you are out it is hard to get the motivation to go back.
