if you are going to remove some parts of your body what is it and why?

me i dont want to remove anything coz im contented of what i have and aside from that it is given to me by God whether i like it or not im am accepting it

It would be some of my fat of my body. LOL! I gained some weight over the last 4 years and have been struggling to lose some weight.
