HUG in a Cold Night: A funny story yet its also a bit embarrassing, I think.

My mom was telling me a story during her college years. It goes like this: My mom and her friend Emily was on their way home, it was a story night. They were seated separately, due to the strong storm vehicles have gone home early so it was so hard to find a ride. Emily felt extremely cold; at that time she was already shivering & chilling. She didn’t know what to do to stop her body from shivering. The man beside her looks very decent and kind. My mom was surprised when she saw her friend talked to the stranger afterwards hugged him! When they went down to their destination my mom immediately asked her “What’s that all about?” Emily said, I really can’t handle the cold so I asked the kind man beside me, “Mister, I am extremely cold and I know this is embarrassing but I am asking without any malice or anything its just that I am really am so cold… may I ask if I can HUG you so that I can have some of your body heat?” My mom was, “You asked him that?!” Emily looked childish. She was not embarrassed she said, “I would rather do that than to freeze to death in that vehicle. Honestly, his body heat warmed me up, so I stop shivering. Mom was just speechless. Do you think you can also do what Emily did? Personally I am not sure about it, what I have done before is to borrow a jacket but to actually HUG a stranger or someone… I think I wouldn’t be able to… How about you? Can you do it?
