what is the soul of madonna's song

I don't know if I would say I truly understand every song of hers although I do like her music from her early stuff to her latest stuff, I wasn't a big fan of american life but everythings else seems to be good.

Well, we all know Madonna for her great singing voice. I like a lot of her songs, but still don't get it. The song vary, so it's not easy to identify which soul she belong to - and, I don't eve understand her music concept. She is somewhat difficult to understand.
