how to install games?

hi, i have a sony ericsson W810i and i havent yet figured out how to install games and other softwares into my mobile. So if anyone of you can help me out here.

You can drop *.jar files to Memory Stick into folder called "Other". Then disconnect phone from your PC, wait while it restarts, go to that folder with phone's File Manager and just choose these games/programs to install.
