If u r given a pistol and told that killing a person with pistol will not be treated as murder. No police will arrest you, no court will give u punishment.
Who is the person you will kill?Well, If I get this type of situation I would kill the main planner for the heinuous attack in our country what cost us 3 million life and over .2 million raped woman.

This one girl called Jenni from my ex-company. When I was working there, she tried every method to get me sacked. And even after I left the company, she still tried to get me into SH1T with the boss. Even if I murder her a million times, it won't be enough for me. I would definitely like to make sure she doesn't get reincarnated on this planet again lest she tried to do the same thing to someone else, whether I might know them or not.

the worst part is that, i was already being nice enough not to do anything about it so that she would stop, but she won't. and if you thought that she wanted me out of the company because of promotions or salary increment, you're absolutely wrong. she just wanted me out of the company, just for the sake of not having to see my face everyday. the reason is just that plain and simple that i wonder why does people like her exists in the first place??
