is it right to eat many vitamin c?

when i am feel bad,i take some some vitamin c ,is it harmful to do that ? when you take vitamin c ?how often ? is it have side effect ?

Vitamin c is water soluble vitamin unlike A,D,k which are fat soluble,So even if u have this vitamin in very high quantity it'll go out with water from ur body,i.e urine,sweat etc.

vitamin c will be excreted in your urine and stool, so you really can't overdose by much. however, it can cause diarrhea, and yellowing of the skin if used constantly

I need my daily dosages of Vit C because I often fall sick. After taking my Vit C pills, I hardly fall sick anymore. I take it about 3 times a day, 250mg per dosage.. so my body can absorb it.

taking vitamin c is good. you can take it up to 3 times a day. make sure to drink lots of water too. you can prevent side effects just make sure you pee... actually its ok to overdose yourself with vitamin c but don't forget to pee... that's why drink lots of water.... if you're still worried of taking vitamin c, just eat citrus fruits.. they are rich in vitamin c..

We need to take in vitamin C from our food, drink and supplements because the body can't store it, and it is an essential vitamin for fighting infections, colds etc. I take vitamin C regularly, even when I am not feeling under the weather. I have one box of tablets which is 1000mg which is a big dose, but I have not suffered any harm from taking it.

i believe you won't be overdosed by vitamin C. But it is a waste of medicine so just take one a day. It is sufficient for your day's vitamin C need.

It is always a good to use vitamin c when you feel sick.Vitamin c is a very strong antioxidant.High doses of vitamin c ( 1 - 8 g daily)gives a 23% chance to faster recover.

but don't take too much!because it can be be acidic to the body!remember it is ascorbic acid!
