I think it is harmful if u sleep too much.This is prob. bcoz the more u sleep less the exercise u do!

Everyone has their level of relaxing. Some are relaxed by getting a massage. In my opinion, massage is also a kind of addiction in which if you develop this habit as your relaxing out, then you are addicted to it and you have to have it even daily. I work full time for 9 and a half hours daily, come home and relax by watching TV, laying down for half an hour and then have dinner. After dinner, I watch TV till 11 PM, then I stay online, checking my e-mails and replying to discussions till 2 to 3 AM. You can say I am working on MyLot as part time worker.

Hi, yes it does happen that if we over sleep we have a headache, body ache, and keep feeling lazy and lethargic , that happens with me at least, but each person is different, and it depends from person to person too. It happens incase i really over sleep a lot, not just a ew hours here or there. This happens when i am on a holiday, and feel really lazy. And somehow the day i over sleep the whole day seems such a waste to me and dont feel like doing anything else. Guess anything in excess is bad, so is sleep. If we over sleep and our body doesnt need that kind of sleep, for so many hours, it does have its effect on our health is some form or the other.
