I am lost here. I didn't even notice a star until some one pointed it out to me. Do you get paid more depending on the colour of the starr or what?

no. it is just a reflection on how people have rated you on discussions.

"The DRS is factored into our proprietary earnings algorithm, so this will help us properly reward valuable contributions to the myLot community." http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq17.aspx I didn't know this myself until one day I looked over the FAQS. Boy was I suprised.

Well, I think the valuable information is already recieved from sunshine so I want to thank you and thank sunshine...I also checked but you know I kind of forgot about the thing. Yes it is well cleared in the FAQ-probably you already have checked it by now?

It would do you good to read the "faqs", "terms" and the "guidelines". The links are at the bottom of this page in blue. You will find most of what you need to know about mylot and how it works there. I still check on them from time to time cause they add new things so often. The star is from the members ratings of your posts. These ratings are part of what determines what each poster get's paid. So yes a lower star, a lower pay rate. Reading the above links, will help you learn how to raise that star and keep it up. Good luck and have fun :oD

I don't know if you get payed more, but I do know that your number (grade) depends on the ratings people give you. And it also depends on how good your postings and discussions are
