Can anyone please tell me how to block spam using Windows mail

I have 15 email addresses set up as pop3 on my windows email everytime I sign in i get loads of spam. When I sign in first thing in the morning there are about 100 spams mainly from the Canadian Pharmacy trying to sell tablets. I have never used any of these accounts to sign up for any news letters or given them out other than to receive order from my websites, and the contact forms from my websites but I still get a load of spam Every time I sign in there is a minimum of 30 spams. It is getting really anoying now. I know how to do technical stuff, designe websites, fix my comp, Iv even set up a wireless network that works half a mile away at my mother inlaws but I can not configure my windows mail (sad isnt it) to stop spam. Any help welcome
