Have u heard that ajinomoto is banned as it is carcinogenic and is harmful to ur ehalth if u are a regular eater of chinese foods. so be aware and ask the cehfs to avoid using ajinomoto

yes, this is true! That's why I don't like outside food.. In my place, most of the food stall use ajinomoto to spice up their food! So I seldom eat outside~

yes i hv heard dat aginomoto is carcinogenic n shd b avoided,though it cannot b avoided its necessary to minimize its usage in our foods.
