What Inspire You When U are Sad?

When I am in bad mood I will listen to the music that I enjoy and I will recollect my good old days!and there is always a believe that "tomorrow is another day",I will muster up my courage to face the difficulities.what about you?I am waiting for your response.thanks!;-)

It is money most of the time that inspires me when I am sad due to money problems. Otherwise it is my friends who inspire me when I am sad in general.

What you said is realistic,In this society money is so important,we can't live without money,we work for money ,we live for money,we make all our effort to make money,However,besides money there are so many things that worth us treasure,our family our friend...etc.Thanks for sharing....;-)

A man or woman who has no money, for her most important thing is money. Next comes all other priorities. He cannot put one step forward if he is fully broke and life is at stake. I also know money is not all that is important, but my new theory is money is very important for a person who has no money. Everything else will be in line as soon as money comes. When you do not have money, no relative, no friend (with a few exception) will even come to look at you.

what you mean is that we can't live without money,a lot of our relationships is based on money,that's true, you certainly a person who experience a lot ,however,I don't experence this, so I don't really know the true meaning of money,the day when I am go to the society and make money all by myself,I will surely know what you really mean... thanks for sharing your opinion with me, my lovable friend.. thank you sincerely!

Here is a technique that works.. Make a list of 10 things that make you happy... And the things on the list. An example list would look something like this.... 1. Have a Bubble bath. 2. Go on a Date. 3. Listen to favorite music. 4. Hangout with friends. 5. Watch your favorite sitecom. 6. Watch your favorite movie. 7. Write about your feelings. 8. Dance. 9. Paint. 10. Play with kids. After making the list, put it somewhere you can see. And whenever you get sad, just pick couple of things you feel like doing..and you'll be in a much better mood. I hope this helps.

hehe,It is realy a happiness to have a sister to listen to you when you are sad,However, I have a brother who often quarrel with me not to say to let him listen to me.Wish you happy every day;-)thanks for your response;-)

Hi Molly, sometimes exercise is good too for sadness, i usually try to go for long walks. Also just tell yourself you will not be sad. This is quite important to know you can choose to be more happy. Sometimes we let other people control our mood when it is not necessary to do this. Keep your mind clear and clean and you will be proud of yourself and always have strength. take good care and hope you are doing well..!

Hi,cliffcliff, I am so glad to hear from u.yeah,u are right and that is just what I often do when I am in bad mood,I will jog for a long time and think about the problem once again with this calm mind,and thinking about some good old days then listening to some soft music,as time went by ,when i am going back to think this problem I will find out that this problem is not so serious as it used before.. So I should say time sometimes is the best medicine to cure ur injures..sometimes when i have some problems which can't be solved then I will let time to handle it.......;-) Take care and all the best...;-) molly
