Work hard or smart

i think both should be done together coz when u work hard and not smart, ur productivity is stagnant or sometimes drop. But if u work smart, u will be searching for ways to maximize ur work process and get it done in least time or least effort. :)

I think a little of both of them. Depends the situation. In some cases i have to work hard, sometimes i need to finish some task in an specific day and really have to work very hard, but in those cases i can work smart too, finding some way for simplify the work. In other cases i work just smart.
