You can start practicing abdominal crunching exercise. This exercise is very effective in reducing the size of your tummy or belly.
I advised that you avoid eating foods that are rich in fats and cholesterol. Otherwise, vegetables and fruits are recommended to eat everyday.
Of course, this will not be possible without your motivation to exercise hard and to follow a balance diet in your usual regime.
Have a nice day and God speed!

They are many things that you can do to get rid of belly fat. One is to incorperate more lowfat dairy into your foods daily it says it has shone to help lose more weight in the belly section of your body. Here is a link to maybe help out.

It is helping me. I lost 22 pounds the first week. Also drinking more water can help cause it helps you not eat as much. And Relacore and Zantrex-3 combined also works in losing weight. Take one of each 3 times a day together. As you have probably seen and heard that Relacore is the ultimate burner of belly fat. And remember to not get to stressed because that can cause you to gain fat in the belly area more. Taking the Relacore and Zantrex-3 together works I lost 32 pounds using it. I still have a lot to go so I will continue to take it till I lose what I need. Well, Good luck I hope that something I suggested works for you if you haven't already lost it considering it has been a month now.

That's a great advice! I have been thinking about trying a fat burner, but i am afraid of the side effects. Do you know of any side effects of the products you recommend? Also, I heard that hydroxicut works great when coupled with exercise. Do you know anything about that?

Hey skostov, Welcome to Mylot. Actually I felt great taking the Relacore and Zantrex-3 they gave me the energy to get up and do the things I had wanted to do. I didn't have any real symptoms taking them other then hair growth. But as with all medications almost 80% have some kind of side effect or another. I have heard about Hydroxicut and they did seem to work as well but as with any doet pill results will vary from person to person. I also think that eating right and lowering calorie intake to atleast 1200-1400 calories a day and exercise would make anyone lose weight the pills mainly help in controlling the appetite. I have also took a brand called T-Lites and they were great you could lose 10 pounds in 3 days and they worked and exceeded the 10 pounds in some cases www.t-lite.net if you want to read up more about them. But with having alot of belly fat My mom and me tried the Relacore and the Zantrex and they worked great my sister in law tried only the Relacore and she said they helped her alot and destressed her with is a big problem with belly fat because of cortisol here is a link might be more clearer on it.

Just start doing sit ups. Oh that reminds me, I better get my butt on the floor today. Crunches, a couple of hundred a day is good. Remember to flatten the small part of your back. Keep it glued to the ground while you do your situps and breathe. How's the weather in Indonesia? My mom was born in Soerabaja and my dad in Jogkjakarta (wrong spelling I know). They get homesick once in a while. Anyhow, have a wonderful day and start those sit ups. You're too funny, btw.

Hmmm lots of set ups and crunches, but be careful not to be overstress.Try doing them in sets 20-25 at 4 different times a day.Try also sticking with really healthy foods.Work out everyday for a couple hours everyday.and try going on a diet but be sure not to go on a crash diet theere super dangerous.GOD BLESS YOU AND HOPE IT HELPS YOU...
