is sauna belt effective for weight loss

I dont think its much useful though im not a women. I know women aroung who use it but they dont get that much effect as promised by the marketters. I suggest try other ways like yoga or running, jogging, and other light exercises to reduce weight. Why try shortcut ways? Concentrate upon good natural ways..!
