eBay-a buyers market place

As a seller on eBay for the last 7 years, I have witnessed the changes in the market place. It used to be a place where sellers could market their goods, and make some good extra or full time income. Now it has come full circle, and caters mostly to buyers. The fees have gone thru the roof, the support is horrid at best, and the buyers ALWAYS get their way. I agree that the customer is right, even if he isn't, but that is my decision, not eBay's. I am pretty close to closing my accounts, and quitting eBay altogether.
If a buyer purchases an item, and doesn't receive it in a couple of days, they are all over it. Then they open a dispute, eBay investigates, and really does nothing at all. Then their bank, PayPal, gets involved, and then the real problems begin. The money is automatically put on hold until the investigation is over. If the buyer doesn't like the item for whatever reason, and they used a credit card, they can initiate a charge back, without having to return the item or anything. Rather annoying.
Maybe eBay and PayPal should not allow people to use a credit card without signing a waiver stating that they cannot initiate a chargeback unless due diligence to make the situation right has been done. Just an idea.
