I am in Arizona now!!

I have been here for two weeks but this is the first time I have been able to stay on the internet long enough to let everyone know. I brought my laptop with me. That thing was not good. It kept kicking me off the net. I had to use dial up. I even went to the library to use wireless. But my laptop was still messing up. I called my son (Mikey) and told him to PLEASE send me my pc. Well it finally came yesterday. But then aol kept kicking me off again. I was about ready to pull my hair out!! Good thing I don't cuss. I was saying "DANG IT!! You stupid thing!! Why in the HECK won't you work. Thats as close as four letters words I got too. lol. Anyway. I called aol and they at least helped me with my connections issues. Its still slow as molasses in antartica, but at least I can stay on. Anyways I am in Tucson. I LOVE IT!! Yes its hot, but thats ok. Better than cold rain any day! I am looking for a job, right now. Cross your fingers or pray that i get one soon. I need all the help I can get. The trip was long and LONG!! I was late and missed most of my connections. I got to to Tucson at 3 pm on Friday and was supposed to be here at 9 am. Next time I will fly!! I HAVE MISSED all my friends. I hope you guys did ok without your "Snow" fix lol. Ok, so myh question for today is: Has anyone had major problems with their pc only to find out it as some dumb thing through their internet provider?

BOY did we miss you! Glad to hear you got yourpc and can at least stay on line now.Have yuw joined the newest thing to hit the screen. The site that many here have gone to?If so I want to find you. If not, then what are you waiting for? Pm me and I will refer you!
I do hope yuw will join over there as well.

I don't know if Tucson is a major city, but I have heard of the place. I'm thinking if you keep getting kicked from different ISP's, it is probably computer-related. Gee - it seems that computers have a mind of its own at times.
Anyway, We've been waiting for your return. It probably would have happened sooner if you were able to just carry your house & carry it over, or fit the entire place onto a truck & drive it, & then just plop it onto where you wanted it.

We are having a lot of problems with AOL at the moment , we have had problems witht the connection for a month now , they have been really nice about it and were blaming BT , It kept going off and was driving me mad , fingers crossed though it sems to have ben ok the last 2 days , nice to hear from you pal xx

Snow! Nice to hear from you and sorry to hear you are having connectivity problems. I'm sure it will all be sorted soon. Think positive thoughts. Where are you living? What sort of work are you looking for. It's so good to hear you are loving it. Hope the good weather continues for you. :)

Well, finally you are getting settled in. I am glad that the issues with your computer are also getting squared away. Yes, I was definitely missing my Snow fix. Since I was traveling vicariously through you..........did I have a fun trip??? LOL What did I see?? What did we eat? Who did we meet? Am I getting a tan now?? LOL
I hope you find a job soon. Yes, there have been times I thought I had big problems with my computer and then found out it was not me at all. It was the service provider.
I have missed you so much. Hope to see more of you now that the computer issues are being resolved.

Yeah the computer issues re almost all resolved. I still have a few things to work out though. Also it is so slow it drives me crazy. lol
Our trip was horrid. we did meet some nice people. On thursday we went from 8 am to 6 pm with no food because the dirver was late, he didnt stop anywhere long enough to eat. Yes I brought some food with me but i gave it to a family with little kids who had no money to eat. It was hard on me because when i travel and dont eat i get sick to my stomach. I missed you too. Could you email me with the name over on the other site i cant remeber what number i am. and my password if i have one lol. See Ya Hugs

Wow Sweet Snow you actually got there - fantastic! Sorry you had so many problems with your pc but at least you are here now! I am so happy for you my sweet twin! I can't remember any Huge problems - have had quite a few but none that kept me offline for so long! I have missed you - but I must admit I am not here too much! Speak soon! xxx

How's Arizona? Missing you princess. I have been without the internet since July and now I am back up and running. I hope you will relay the experiences of the beautiful Arizonian sunsets to me. I hope everything is going well out there for you and that you are very happy as I am now, free!!! Wonderful freedom.

Glad you are there- and wishing you luck in finding a job soon- I hate computer problems- I tend to swear at the computer- my sig other always says to me- is that helping?? No and it does not make me feel better either! Lol… Yes I’ve had to call road runner a couple of times and they are super helpful- I don’t swear at them I promise!

Well its great to hear that you are back...lol...
I went through problems not too long ago when I moved, the hassles were endless..They could not provide me with broadband, then I had to go onto dial up and now I finally have satellite broadband...Its ok but if the weather is dodgy it plays up with the signal..

Hi Snow, about time you get back on here. lol. Sounds like quite a lont trip. I think that yelling at your pc really taught it a lesson even if it wasnt causing the problem. Did you apoligize to it later? Good luck on the job search, I'll keep you in my prayers. I've never really had a problem with my internet service that I thought was my computer but I used to have a router that would crash about once a week and I would have to unplug it and wait a minute to plug it back in. Its nice to see you back, I missed you. All my best, Terry

I took my laptop with me when I toured Seat Asia last winter. Most hotels and all airports have internet. I was able to get online and send emails almost every place I stopped and I was on 12 flights before I arrived back home. The hotels in Vietnam had different electrical connections, but I went to a night market and found a Chinese vender who had North American connectors. I've been to Arizona too and loved it. I was pulling a 30 ft trailer at the time, and I found an internet connection in most campgrounds. Its getting to be "Old Hat," any more! If you want the business you have to have internet!
