How many times do you change e-mail addresses?

I already have lots of e-mails and I use all them somehow, so I don't change them anymore And my oldest e-mail adress is 7 years old haha

I actually havent changed email addys in awhile now, I just create new ones, and each has its own purpose. I have three businesses right now, so each of those has its own email, then i have one for just internet friends, one for my golf league, and one personal. As for junk mail, yes it can be quite irritating, so far ive managed to weed them out, meaning, if you sign in for something that you are curious about and ou ask them to mail their newsletters etc, create an email account to take care of all of those. You just check it occasionally for a mail that you may actually need. even when i register programs it all just goes into that one email address

I use, and it is important to use, the same email address as you will find that email addresses are like telephone numbers. Frequent changes does not help to build your credibility. Do not post email addresses in public forums or open places. Also uncheck all the options so that only a limited number of offers may reach you. Keep atleast one email address private and share it with your friends and family members, or anyone you feel important. Keep that unchanged as long as you can. It helps a lot. Hope this helps you.

I don't usually change my e-mail address but I have several of them from different sites. The first one I had which I still uses up to now is ten years old already. :-) I have seperate email addresses for personal, business and not so important mails.

I have the same email address for about 4 years, I seldom receive junk mails perhaps because the business on internet is not very popular in my country.
