you wash your shoes how often?

my friend tell me washing shoes would make them be easy to bad.but i have to wash them as so dutry.
is it hurt shoes to wash them?

ya I wash my shoes but only when they get really dirty other wise I just run a wet towel over them. I avoid washing them mostly because it can wear them down over time.

i don't wash them very often.i rather clean them with a piece of material(textil i meant) to clean them or i use a shoes brush.depends on what are they made from.i guess i am a little bit lazy to wash them and then waiting to get wet and so on.
