How would you behave with/handle your colleague who is jealous of you?

I get jealous not from my colleagues.Whatsmore, it's from my new boss. Now he is trying to recruit someone new to "assist" me. In fact, I'm not so busy. I endure all of these by myself because it's not easy for him to recruit another people as capablity as me.But I'm sure someday a new one will come to "assist" me. I am not afraid. Just let it go. I got my payment and learn what's useful in my future. I don't mind other's coming.

I love it when somebody is jelous at me in the office because I know that I am doing something right and I'm of value to the company. Why would be somebody be jelous of me if I'm the loser in the company. Therefore, If I know that somebody is jelous of me, I laugh at them, in there face. If their jelousy will come to a point though wherein it could put me in and my job in jeopardy, I do reporst them to authority at the office first. And if that won't solve the problem, I will get a warrant for them. I think that is the most logical thing to do.
